Lloyds Bank

Lloyds Bank visit seemed to be chill but professional and I really liked that. They seemed like everyone had a strong understanding of their role and how it fit with others. I think the management style is one that takes care of their employees and makes sure they know what they are doing. I also think they have a good management that teaches good customer service qualities. A bank needs to have good customer service and they instill it in their employees well.
